Debt and deficit talk has long been a Republican cudgel against Democrats’ spending priorities. It has nothing to do with concerns about the actual debt and deficit.

  3. US Debt talk is fascinating for all of the wrong reasons. Everyone in the political class knows the USA is careening towards disaster but they either make the situation worse or refuse to fall in their sword to steer the ship away from the iceberg.

As soon as this bill is passed into law all we’ll hear about from them is the debt and deficit

  5. Trump’s supporters are uneducated morons who don’t even understand the difference between “debt” and “deficit”. Of course they don’t care about this.
