So I'm very curious about paleo-libritarianism, as I find most other paleo movements to forceful and a bit overrun by racists (by a bit I mean a lot). But here is my only problem, if democracy is suspicious, (49% vs the 51%) than how is order meant to be kept? I am certainly not an-cap, as there has to be some sort of government to protect the rights of the people, and Hoppes ideas of monarchy seem like a really quick speedrun to tyranny. How is this answered? With a council of elected officials all with equal representation? A confederation like "almost-democracy?" How is this question solved by rational paleo-libertarians?
