Announcing the 2025 New Liberal Action Summit!

We’re thrilled to announce the return of our New Liberal Action Summit, taking place October 20-21, 2025. It’ll be our fourth annual gathering of center-left activists, thinkers, and leaders from around the world who are fighting to chart a new course for liberalism in the 21st century, and we couldn’t be more excited to bring everyone back to DC for this.

Here’s what to expect:

Monday, October 20

• CNL Retreat & Political Action Day – a strategy and community-building session for chapter organizers and CNL members, followed by political action in support of Democratic candidates in Virginia.
• Opening Reception – connect with attendees from around the country (and the world)

Tuesday, October 21

• The main summit day, featuring panels and remarks from elected officials, policy experts, academics, and advocates about the biggest challenges facing liberalism in the 21st century, and the path forward for the center-left.

Scholarships are available, and applications are open from now until September 1st. We'll also be sharing a booking link for our hotel block for attendees travelling on their own dime shortly. 

Whether you are a longtime neolib, or brand new, this is a great opportunity to join us in DC to shape the agenda for liberalism moving forward. I can imagine there are at least a few folks active here who have attended our past summits and can confirm that we put on a good event.
