Very good and informative article, clarifies some of the things I’ve seen elsewhere (in the press but also in this sub). I always found the fact lower district courts could issue universal injunctions against government policy (rightfully or not) a bizarre feature of the US system. I don’t know of any other country where that can happen. In my country you’d have to file straight with the administrative supreme court.
