European truck emissions are about 5% of total emissions and 25% of transport emissions. To see electric trucks start to be successful and roll out means another significant chunk of emissions are possible to decarbonize through batteries and electrification.

Great news, it sounds like it’s a bit more challenging in Australia but ultimately battery electric trucks will be successful everywhere as batteries improve, charging times reduce and costs decline further.

We’re getting closer to being able to electrify everything.

Australia has vast empty territory and trying to set up and charging infrastructure in places like the Northern Territory isn’t cost effective?
