Submission Statement: A Mexican cartel hacker who worked for the Sinaloa cartel would hack into FBI agents phones and into public cameras to track down, intimidate and in many cases actually murder the informants. This raises major security concerns within the FBI regarding informant safety and also shows major concerns about the dangers of increased technological advancements. This sounds like a plot out of an NCIS episode
