      My employer used to match half a percent, they stopped doing that like 3 years ago. I’m lucky they still offer 401K at this point.

      I help companies set up 401k plans and I’m blown away by how many companies are misinformed on them or simply don’t care.

      But I’m the weirdo for suggesting getting rid of social security and forcing everyone to pay into a retirement fund
