This goes against the normal argument of increased funding not leading to better outcomes that I hear a lot. I’d love to hear a take from someone more studied than me on this
The “Mississippi model” only works in a state with a weak teachers union culture and where people are willing to let kids fail. I just don’t see it being feasible to export across the country without bringing back the school to prison pipeline debates.
