Saw this today in nj down by the shore on an underpass anyone know what dude could be referring to?

It says 3 times just in case you can't fully read it as of the 2nd of July the total deaths of what? I don't know but there are 57,628 deaths as of 2 days ago. It was literally only there tops a week cause I'm always in that area and would have noticed. I looked into the number but found nothing. Could it be fent deaths? In jersey? Help me reditters
