Trump literally just does whatever the last person he spoke with tells him to do. The entirety of geopolitics boils down to playing “got you last” with the American president.
Of course, world leaders are busy and have nations to run, but maybe one could develop an AI chat bot to have phone calls with Trump daily and say whatever he needs to hear to keep the aid flowing.
That right there is the real AI arms race.
