It’s a bit of a loaded question in that these people are less so thinking about the functioning of democracy and institutions and more so about whether they like the party in power.

The problem with dissatisfaction with democracy is that the more dissatisfied people are, the less likely they are to engage with the system, and the less likely their interests are to be represented…
It’s a negative feedback loop.
It’s usually a sign of not enough democracy, of a representative system that is not representative enough of the general sentiments.

Title is pretty misleading. The question was whether they were dissatisfied with the way their democracy was working. Not whether they were dissatisfied with democracy.
