Ireland is absolutely in right to do this. The settlements are just a barricade to peace, they de-legitimize the PLO too as a Israeli Puppet Government.
Additionally, they are even hindrance to Israeli security, they stretch out the IDF’s presence too thin. It is just economically unmanageable like Israel’s occupation of the Sinai was.

If you suggested that banning trade with goods produced in occupied Ukraine was Russophobic, you would rightly be laughed out of the room.
