To begin with, on the most basic level, when people have children they don't really consider the child. The whole idea and process of having a child is all about the parents. This is why people who can't even afford to have children still have children. The vast majority of people never consider what kind of world their child will live in and what kind of experience they'll have being here.
Most people don't even understand basic things about the world they bring children into. For example, the average person doesn't realise that voting is not only pointless but it actually encourages the system that's enslaving them, and it will also enslave their children. They don't realise that taxation is not only theft but it's also the funding of wars that bring an end to the lives of other people's children who also just blindly had children while living in a war zone.
The truth is though, even if they did consider all these things, they still wouldn't care enough to save their children from experiencing it by not having them. This is why I think having children is objectively inconsiderate because if parents were to actually consider what life would be like for their children, they wouldn't have them.
