SS: Releasing the Epstein files could expose connections between powerful individuals and Epstein’s crimes, which would cause political fallout for any involved congressmen. Unfortunately, political self-preservation often takes precedence over justice. The Speaker isn’t being “prosecuted” by a vote — but refusing to allow one could make them look like they’re shielding the guilty, leading to public and political backlash.
Justice has consequences? Why are we suddenly shocked by this? Let them all fucking fall. If they’re guilty, they’re guilty. If institutions crumble beneath the weight of the revelations, let them fucking crumble. These are people who decide to drop bombs. These are people who decide to send troops. They devalue currency. They overthrow governments. They murder dissidents. They rape children. Enough is enough.
They think digging their hole bigger will save them from falling inside.
