One of Epstein's close buddy was Jean-Luc Brunel, a French guy who owned a modelling agency. After the Epstein affair, tons of French victims came out about their experience with Brunel and how he had trafficked them to Epstein. This was even supported by Virginia Giuffre's own account, who said Epstein bragged about the hundreds of underage French girls Brunel had sent him.
He was found hanged in his cell in 2022, in similar circumstances to Epstein.
Now I know that there were other threads on the "Enigmas" = anagram for "Gamines", but all of them had the wrong definition for "Gamine". They cite the English common usage definition. But in French, there is no other definition for the word gamine than "(female) children".
Gamin means child (boy), gamine means child (girl).
Don't believe me? Here is the Reverso page with literature/news clippings/etc in French where the word gamine is used, and the whole context is translated to English for better understanding.

I'm not the type to believe in conspiracy theories. But I've showed Trump's birthday card note to Epstein from the WSJ to my fellow French speaking friends and it's just shocking. It's pretty obvious that the word "Enigma", in context, feels like some sort of "inside joke". And considering Epstein's well documented link to trafficking of underage French girls, it makes the whole anagram theory in more than plausible.

I wonder why he was in jail for a hoax Obama made up this year
There’s a passage in Les Mis where Hugo details the gamin – children of the street, orphans eeeking out survival however they could. The kind of children that no one would notice if they went missing.
Just FYI, Jean Luc Brunel’s real name is Benchamoul. 🙂
Enigma means a puzzle or mystery
The Brunel case gets way too little attention. The similarities with Epstein’s death alone show that this is a pattern of a probable state run cover-up.
