Why are all these doom-and-groomers insisting that it’s hard to run a business with on-again-off-again tariffs that are several times as high as the previous tariffs??

The people over there are coping hard
They’re saying shit like “I’m not a fan of this month’s numbers, or the bug revisions down. How could they overestimate growth by 10x?” (I am paraphrasing of course). They’re lying to try to cover up a recession, it’s that simple

We no longer live in a world where incumbency is an advantage. Not sure if we’ll see 3 straight 2-term Presidents again in my lifetime.
All social media has a negativity bias (or revealed preference is that humans have a negativity bias themselves). Doomer narratives will always be validated regardless of the facts. And fairly or not the guy in charge gets the blame.
