Eyes wide shut deleted scenes / real location

There are many theories around "Eyes wide shut", Stanley Kubricks last movie.

A user shared some information in the EWS sub (cant link) connecting EWS with Jeffrey Epstein.

You can look into it.

The location he shared seems to be the Mansion in ews. The gates (south of the property) of both look very alike (see pictures).

The mansion has a lake upfront. There is an unused scene with Bill, Alice and Helena on a boat.

Would this imply that they all three were at one point [of the movie] near the mansion?

This would connect to theories about Bill sacrifcing her / giving her to the cult. (see maybe letter theory on yt)
