It appears they removed Article 1 Section 9 of the US Constitution from the US Congress’s Annotated Constitution site. The section that says habeas corpus rights cannot be suspended. It’s just gone.

The U.S. Constitution website has removed important sections limiting states rights and removing Writ Habeas Corpus or the right to due process..
