I mean, if you want to alienate a constituency that wants to build housing, this column is one way to do it.
This column is basically like:
“Here is a definition of neoliberalism [insert incorrect definition*]. Therefore neoliberalism is wrong about housing.”
*Obviously difficult to define, but I think “is in favor of more regulation in this sector” is as close to incorrect as you can get.

In the first post, he said Philly is a neoliberal coty because we cut public funding in the 90s. So being poor is neoliberal lol??? Philly is run by progressive Democrats and is a one party city.
