Even outside of the fact that neocons are intellectual frauds (and yes, Bolton is a ‘Goldwater conservative’), why is a self-professed American imperialist’s opinion on what NATO ‘allies’ do or not do do taken seriously? His entire career is defined by jingoism and disdain for multilateralism .
