You’d think that the Anti-Europe, British publication that is the Spectator would know that FoM is not the same as Schengen seeing as they pushed for Britain to end FoM when it was never part of Schengen but why be truthful and accurate when you can write a hyperbolic, ‘End of the EU is nigh’ article instead.
And Germany suspended Schengen in 2015 without it crumbling.
