Seems like a pretty bad investment when modern renewables are a small fraction of the price, and faster to build. Especially since we can do smaller microgrids with distributed renewables. That avoids the need to build and maintain a massive transmission & distribution network to carry the electricity from a nuclear powerplant to the more remote areas that need it.
