    I am generally in favour of this move. Ministerial responsibility is going to be even more critical now. Under Trudeau I had little confidence in how well executed such contracts would have been conducted. There is also bound to be a lot of incompetence and corruption swirling around this government. I do have more hope for Carney. But it’s a sad state of affairs that it got to this point.
