I posted statistics on here showing that trans are over represented in mass shootings since 2018 and got a warning for breaking Rule 1 and promoting violence and hate. Clearly not my intention but apparently factual data is not allowed.
Trans people are just people, like everyone else. Some of them are less stable than others. Sometimes people snap. And it is horrifying. And awful to see.
But the problem is when you then decide that everyone else who looks like that person must be more likely to snap than other people, just on the way they look.
Because people are much more complicated than that.
Would you want to be judged by the actions of the worst person who happens to look like you?

In regards to their “statistics”, I will give you a simple example. There were 286 mass shootings in 2025 (so far….). Imagine if 10 of them were committed by a person with a first name of Derp. Now, there are probably not that many Derps in the US. Would you then be claiming that Derps are a big problem and write a giant screed begging Derps not to kill you? Clearly not. Even if at the beginning of 2025, you locked up all the people called Derp or took away their guns or something, guess what? You still had 276 mass shootings in 2025, compared to other *sotto-voice* better run countries such as Australia, which had *checks notes* zero such shootings in the period.
This impassioned plea should have been directed to politicians to institute some gun control or perhaps the NRA.

I just heard about another one that snapped. I just want to live peacefully with my family and not get killed by an angry people with a gun but it seems less and less likely with every new shooting that happens. I’m terrified!
Is it some gun industry money and gun nut donations that you guys are on, or what is it? Why do you keep trying to kill us all?
Please, I’m so scared right now. Another day, another crazy person who had access to a gun is trying to kill me and my family and everybody else. This most recent one was even worse than the last ones…although, kids getting killed are always bad so probably it’s all bad. Anyway…I don’t know what we need to do to get you guys to stop killing us! We let you act as some tough guys because you can’t leave your house to get a burger without carrying an automatic weapon and went along with your fantasy of being some sort of revolutionary who is standing against tyranny and humoured you with your whole “from my cold dead hands” shtik and now all you guys want to do is off us!

I just read a statistic on mass shootings in the US vs mass shootings in other countries and I’m seriously afraid for my life right now. Please stop killing us, NRA, who do I have to sleep with around here to get some gun control legislation passed?
