I hope this blows over like the Iran situation. I have PTSD from Bush Jr. using the War on Terror as a tool to institute the Patriot Act. Trump already has the history of trying to coup an election. So dragging us into a disastrous regime change venture as a smokescreen to assemble tyranny domestically is not out of the picture at all here.

Maybe this is just a warning /posturing in order to prevent an attack on Guyana….but on the other hand, Trump did seem to want a regime change in Venezuela ever since his first term. But would he do it before the midterms?! Seems like a sure way to lose even more seats if he chooses to do it.
