This says a lot about how tribalism and fear have taken over politics:
Some conservatives are so afraid of losing power that exposing crimes, even horrific ones like pedophilia, seems less important than political survival.
The system seems more concerned with protecting their own side than seeking justice for victims.
Fear-driven loyalty is turning a moral crisis into a political calculation, showing how extreme partisanship can warp priorities.
The Epstein case should be about transparency and accountability, not about who is powerful or scary enough to avoid exposure. Yet the conversation here shows just how deeply insecurity and tribalism can shape responses and the victims suffer the most.
