News update from Scotland Police claims "a man and a woman" were arrested in connection to the incident, while I've seen some lefties wishfully hope that it was the girls parents being arrested, it's more likely that they would have put that in context if that were the case, while it seems justice has been served they're still protecting the identity and image of the perpetrator because they would still rather die and blame the victims than dare to publicly hold an adult migrant accountable for physical and sexual assault of a 13 year old girl.
Going by the video itself and and an account from one of the girl's from the scene, Fatos Ali Dumana followed them making sexual remarks towards Lola (the girl well known for waiving the hatchet and knife who is 12 years old) and preceded to follow them and call his sister to come over and assault Ruby (Lola's 13 year old sister as seen in the vid) and continue to follow them after that and start recording after Lola shows her weapons to him and starts recording after they walk away and she comes back to approach him. By the looks of his tattoo on the back of this neck it looks like he may have been involved with organized crime, at the very least he wanted to give off that message.

Edit: By looking at photos on his, social media profile you all can see that he's not exactly a typical "Bulgarian" I didn't use the best photos however to show that however but I'm pretty sure if he was he would likely have been prosecuted immediately.
