The man was a patsy that caused a diversion for the real shooter to get away. Shouting “shoot me, shoot me!” At the police for no reason.
And then Patel’s FBI has ZERO information about the whereabouts of the real shooter. Not to mention Patel’s girl is also rumored to be a Mossad agent as well.
