With all the discourse around Kirk’s death, I was reminded of Hitch’s reaction to Falwell’s. I am curious about how Hitch would react to the polarized political environment of today.
He went from being a Clinton-hating Trotskyist to being a huge simp for the Bush Administration’s War on Terror….Ah, I still remember him fondly but with age, he certainly became more cranky and drunk. He wrote a really nasty OP-ed about Michelle Obama too.
