Yes — this does look fabricated if it’s being presented as a real text exchange between two 20-year-olds. Here are some reasons why:
    1. Format & Style
    • Real text messages rarely look like a typed play script (with names like Robinson: and Roommate: followed by dialogue).
    • The structure reads more like a screenplay or interrogation transcript than casual texting.
    2. Tone & Language
    • The vocabulary is unusually formal and theatrical (“I am still ok my love, but am stuck in orem for a little while longer yet.”).
    • People in their early twenties texting each other generally use shorter, more casual language, abbreviations, emojis, or slang.
    3. Expository Writing
    • A lot of the dialogue is clearly for the reader’s benefit, spelling out details in a way that doesn’t make sense for two people who already know the context (“…they grabbed some crazy old dude, then interrogated someone in similar clothing.”).
    • That type of over-explanation is a hallmark of fiction writing, not real communication.
    4. Consistency Issues
    • At one point Robinson says “I am sorry to involve you,” which is something you’d more likely see in a novel or movie than in casual conversation.
    • The pacing feels rehearsed, with perfectly timed “…” pauses. In real texting, the flow is messier.
    5. Content Red Flags
    • Talking about rifles, “engraving bullets,” and secret plans is highly stylized and dramatized. It reads like a script for a dark thriller rather than something people would seriously reveal via text message.

👉 Overall: The dialogue feels scripted and theatrical, not spontaneous. If this were truly two 20-year-olds texting, you’d expect more shorthand, less exposition, and a much less polished exchange.

Do you want me to show you how a more realistic version of this same conversation might look if it were actual text messages?

    1. I wonder if it was scripted by the killer and his boyfriend for whatever reason. or if it was scripted by the FBI. either way I agree it’s not natural, it’s like an amateur screenplay

    2. Have you even seen 20 year olds text? Complete sentences and no short hand or punctuation mistakes. Can’t be real

    3. Welcome to the virtual reality my friend. No headset required. If you choose to consume this shit, you will be part of an alternate universe where reality and facts are irrelevant. You do have provenance, however, to ignore the beast. It really is up to you.

Hahah! ChatGPT about to show the elites how to lie to us and get away with it….

    5. You didn’t need ChatGPT to tell you that. Anyone with half a brain would come to the same conclusion.

    6. It’s so suspect. And the media has totally played the conspiracy theories. Can’t even talk to my friends about this stuff without being seen as a looney. When did we start trusting CNN as the beacon of truth?

I have a couple skeptical friends, and my Twitter feed is highly skeptical. Everyone else, not so much.

    7. Alternatively, the assassin is an autistic ex-Mormon and his girlfriend is a Mossad agent getting him to spill the beans about his motivations so the case seems cut and dry.

Since the Trump Administration is shilling for Bibi, they are making it all about trans people when the real problem with the trans person involved in the situation is that they’re also an Israeli shill.

(Disclaimer: I do not know most of this for sure and the girlfriend could be a completely innocent neurodivergent person.

What I do know is that Trump is basically an Israeli asset at this point.)

How many 20 year-olds sound like that? How many 20 year olds throw their lives away to assassinate ppl?

It would be more suss if he sounded normal. lol

    9. I don’t believe the official story from the get-go, but it’s good to get an examination of staged evidence for those who might be swayed into believing these lies.

Yea my rifle is right next to the ol’ squad car! Who tf says squad car. You wouldn’t even call a rifle a rifle that many times in a row lol This whole thing is absolute garbage

    11. It seems fabricated because it is. I think it’s safe to assume the prosecutors would not release something like this unless its provenance was well established, then the question becomes why was this fake exchange there?

Either the feds planted it somehow and did so to ruin any case against him, because that’s what would happen. Or the two loverbois manufactured it for their own ends. One could be dissuade guilt away from anyone else involved, or to play into this larp as the next Luigi type character, or some mix of both.

It seems fake because it is. That this sub has only one interpretation in thread after thread shows how infiltrated it actually is. It’s full of human bots that just repeat whatever they’re directed to.

    12. We knew it was fake as soon as we read the first line. No American says a little while longer yet.
