How crazy would it be if they found that the real shooter was a foreign intel agent hired by some other country? Say maybe from…(is it all real?)… well anyways. Wouldn’t that be unexpected? I would have to really rethink my ability to assess situations.
OP, Due process takes precedence over evidence used in a criminal trial.
