Ss/ this is very real. Not photoshopped or cropped other than i colored over this persons name & image as to protect anonymity. The conspiracy lies in branding any citizen as a terrorist, even on a post simply stating “i will not tolerate hatred”
Well, that strikes me as a very defamatory thing to say about a private individual.

The probloem with this claim is that it goes against FB stated policy, namely, that an organization has to be named as terrorist by the US Federal Government. Which obviously cannot happen with a domestic organization in the United States whom the President does not like personally.

So even if it is true, it’s still grounds for a massive payout for defamation.
OP, talk to a lawyer about sueing Facebook about the alarm, harassment and distress you and your friend have suffered. You might want to make the President a co-respondent in your claims (he can still be sued, he has no immunity from non criminal matters).
