I am not sure how they will rule on Cook case or tariffs, but I am about 100% sure Trump is losing this one. Only question in my mind is will Alito and Thomas side with Trump like they almost always do or not.

Well they just laughed at Article 1 so they probably won’t have much issues with dismantling the 14th amendment.

Can someone explain to me why’d they’d appeal? Isn’t the whole point of CASA that you’d prevent a nationwide merits ruling on this issue?
