The fact that they say this out in the open is wild to me. A sign of the times.

The truth is he and others wishing to bring on the techno-feudal surveillance state genuinely believe this is a good thing and they are the saviors to rescue society from the current system. In their minds they are the benevolent dictators that know what’s best for everyone, that’s why they are so open with it.
And unfortunately they have the wealth and the monopoly on the information technology to make it happens

The military and feds already have it. Predictive algorithms to determine disposition and threat assessment.
Then they spend a lot of $ on human assets to feed more bullshit into their machine, so the “false positives” get fed into the system, thus perpetuating the need to keep “investigating”.
What does it all translate to? A giant fucking waste of $, and the biggest push in surveillance ~~capitalism~~ domestic terrorism gladhanders all laughing their way to the bank.
When I found out hes getting tik tok I deleted it. Yes I know my data wasn’t safe before/now, but It is amazing what a great tool it’s been to see live footage of various places censored by American media.
That being said this is just going to be a propaganda/spying machine and little old me is too tired to play
