Only a virtuous people are capable of freedom. As nations become corrupt and vicious, they have more need of masters. I understand your take. But a rewrite of the US Constitution would be needed to put an end to this censorship, and would lead to people losing rights over their own property.
A website is private property open to the public, just like a store is. A grocery store does not have to let you in, and let you say whatever you want to say. They can kick you out, ban you and trespass you. A website is no different. Just like your house is no different.
Under current law, the only solution would be government ownership over all websites. Nobody wants that. No one in the entire world legally has to grant you free speech other than the government.
The #1 problem is that most people don’t understand what their freedom of speech is about.
It is about the exact same thing that freedom of Beliefs/Religions are about, The Light 💫
Nobody has the right to be belligerent to anyone anytime, unless it is a criminal matter.
And every temporal flesh human that is willing work has the rights of food, water, shelter and clothing.
