      I can attest that wandering along the Seine in the afternoon is great for your mental health.

      But in Macron’s case I don’t know if that’s enough. 😔

      He did his best but like Merkel his legacy will be a failed defender of a system that broke at its core, and a return to the very ugly European politics of the past.
