From a Venezuelan expat perspective, I will start believing in Trump’s intentions to start a war once he stops allowing Exxon and other petrol companies from operating in Venezuela. I think its telling that Maduro’s media for Venezuelans has been a mix of claiming Trump is out to get him while also claiming the attacks to civilian ships in the Caribbean are “AI generated.”
