it’s funny to me how countries are still going through this whole WTO complaint charade. i guess it still works as a signaling mechanism.

I am totally against India becoming protectionist again but they do need to protect themselves from the Chinese out of all the nations coz if someone from China wakes up on the wrong side of the bed they will stop exporting critical items for India.
They already did with the tunnel boring machines, higher officials from India and Germany needed to get in touch with the Chinese to send it. They stalled for more than 6 months.
I think hennerknecht are opening their TBM manufacturing unit in India now a positive atleast
