How concerning you find this article is almost entirely a function of your faith in AI. While there’s a lot of patents, this doesn’t actually mean anything real (and more importantly effective) has been built. While I’m not a complete AI skeptic, I doubt how effective an LLM like DeepSeek will be as a tool of war and so I really can’t bring myself to buy into its use here.
