Submission statement: The article is long-winded, but it does a good job of laying out fairly comprehensive evidence that Donald Trump fully intends to run for a third term in violation of the Constitution and the clear and present danger that represents to our constitutional order.

It’s almost like he needs to be physically removed from power or something. If only that were an option. Oh wait, it is.
At some point, we’ll need to reset the Republic and restore Congress’s primacy, which has been lost over the last several decades. Other than that, the checks against the Executive have eroded so much that, at this point, I cannot see this Supreme Court ruling against Trump in an attempt to secure a third term.
