Not just Chinese Muslims, but exclusively Uyghurs.
99% of westerners don’t even know that Hui Muslims massively outnumber the Uyghurs, and are not subject to any form of government “repression”.
You can see that the west obviously doesn’t really care about Uyghurs without denying the genocide and the repression of their culture and religion.
