And yet ACB still questioned whether rere is any reasonable recourse for those that paid the tariffs.
Amy, this is EXACTLY why instead of waiting months and months on this, it’s the kind of case were an instant injunction was warranted back in April. The people damaged here aren’t just those that paid the tairffs, but everyone else who had to buy something else, or whose projects went under because, with the clearly illegal tariffs, they would not pan out.
SCOTUS has failed already by just letting things get all the way here. For all we know we’ll not get the opinion published until next July. Oops, yeah, the tariffs were illegal, sorry, no remedy for anyone, and we’ve all waited over a year before telling you. It’s just a mockery of the concept of justice even if they rule in the right direction.

The higher ups talked about how the betting markets are betting against the SC maintaining the tariffs, so that’s good. (Might be a bit concerned about the prelevance of gambling tho…)
