Anyone who’s worked with meta ads knows it’s a frustrating, indecipherable shithole. Trying to figure out why things work and why they don’t feels like you’re looking for omens in the intestines of an animal sacrifice. You are overwhelmed with bots and spam which the algorithm reinforces by sending more bots and spam because it drives engagement. If consumers aren’t happy and advertisers aren’t happy eventually this whole circus has to come crashing down.
