Rule 10 Submission Statement: The Epstein Files discharge petition was introduced by United States House of Representatives member Thomas Massie (R).
Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R) intentionally kept the United States House of Representatives out of regular session for as long as possible, since September 19, 2025, in a failed attempt to prevent the discharge petition from reaching 218 signatures and forcing a full floor vote on releasing the Epstein Files.
Had it not been for the US Senate advancing H.R.5371 and forcing the US House back into regular session, Mike Johnson would still have them out of session. If anything, the President has it backwards: the shutdown was a failed diversion/distraction from the Epstein Files.

Really to distract from their capitulation, but yeah… that’s pretty obvious
Yeah, this is batshit. Man posted a video of himself shitting all over America and it’s peeps.
Where the fuck are we? I swear I closed my eyes for just a minute.
Conspiracy theory: Jd Vance becomes President and chooses Erika Kirk to be Vice President.
In Snake Eyes – the guy who gets shot in the neck (Charlie Kirk) has a blond working for him (Erika Kirk, his handler). That actress is later in a movie called Heads Of State, where she plays the Vice President and her characters name is Elizabeth Kirk.
All the world is a stage
They are. People are slowly waking up and seeing the hypocrisy. One day it’s Trump’s fault, the very next day it’s the Dems fault for folding. People are regards but even they notice if you change the narrative too quickly.
So senate democrats created a shutdown to block house democrats from releasing the docs? That’s strange.
Also Tim Burchet brought a motion to bring the Epstein file vote immediately to the floor and the democrats blocked it. Why would they do that?
That excuse would have worked better a week ago.
Didn’t he just give a speech yesterday for the veterans about not complaining and handling things like men, basically?
Wow crazy that it’s Democrats fault Trump is spending hours with Epstein victims in Epstein’s home.
