Assuming that the Trump administration uses this as an excuse to fast track and fund passenger rail infrastructure, then yes, definitely.

(Except going from DCA to Boston still feels silly because you’re really only in the air not doing takeoff/landing procedure for maybe 45 minutes, and the train ride between those two is way too long, so it becomes noticeable that HSR isn’t an option even in the place that it makes the most sense)
