I don’t even know if this is the right sub to post this but I’m about to hit a breaking point with ads. This is a screenshot from a website for a recipe I was looking at this morning. 3 different ads up all at the same time. I couldn’t even read the recipe or click off because it would take me to the ad website. Recipe websites are exceptionally bad for ads but it’s literally everywhere. Youtube is damn near unusable because of the ads and i refuse to pay for it just to see ✨limited✨ ads. Now there’s ads on Snapchat, on twitter, on instagram. I just can’t anymore with the excessive ads. It makes me want to throw my phone into the bottom of the ocean.

omg recipe sites are the worst like how am i supposed to find the ingredients when i have to scroll past 3 popups and ur life story 🙄 i just wanna make cookies not download a sketchy vpn.
If I see the same Ad twice, I will make sure to never buy from whoever is advertising.
I refuse to engage with ads anywhere. I will pay more for ad-free experiences. I’m seriously considering a Tesla because all the local gas stations now have ads. I totally feel your pain. Also, Brave for browsing ad sites. No ads.
If you just buy the tempur-pedic the ads will go away.
Switch to one of the ad-blocking browsers like Brave. It’s an arms race though.
I genuinely think there’s a conspiracy between ads making news sites unbearable to read and people only reading the headline before talking about it.
