Yeeesh, he has a deportation order due to a rape conviction a separate larceny conviction. But it didn’t happen because of Cold War politics when Poland and East Germany wouldn’t take him.
So he’s just been around for the last 50 years?
Blah. ICE should take better medical care of him but uhhh damn. I don’t envy the judge on this one.
