Our babies were taken after ‘biased’ parenting test – now we’re fighting to get them back

  1. “Parenting tests” is a crazy authoritarian concept. The state has no right to do this. Insane human rights violation.

  2. I have a pregnant friend living in Denmark and just this morning I was talking to her about her results from (I’m pretty sure) this exact test. The test seemed really weird from what they were saying, and their results were pretty critically worded which upset them.

I was literally joking a couple hours ago to my partner about how Denmark seemed like the perfect setting for a utopia-rug pull into fascism sort of thing. I guess it seems a lot less humorous after reading this…

  3. This is heartbreaking, my baby is the same age. I can’t imagine her being taken away, what is wrong with these people??

  4. “Which Harry Potter house do you belong in?” except you lose your kid if you land Hufflepuff. Ridiculous pseudoscience.

  5. Seriously, how does one’s ability to recite a series of numbers in reverse order—in a language you don’t speak, no less—reflect one’s parental aptitude?

This sounds more like a Jim Crow-era literacy test than anything else…
