I mean, this looks like a random newspaper obituary. Couldn’t anyone just do it as a prank? Or perhaps some particularly unclever Nazi used that as a fake name when they moved there. Or this paper isn’t even real.
Lots of plausible solutions to this that aren’t Hitler was alive honestly.
