To put it in context, the Oklahoma City bombings 30 years ago by Timothy Mcveigh used 4,800lbs of this stuff, and it blew up an entire building. 60,000lbs could be used to blow up 12 such buildings, or even more if they decide to lower the quantity per building.
There are talks of multi city terrorist attacks that may happen. How is there no concern about this? As far as I know, the official story is that the chemicals just leaked onto the tracks, and they were never found. The investigators couldn't even go out to the tracks to see if that theory was correct, by measuring the soil..
